Smudge Sets

Need to cleanse your home? or feel as though there's negativity around you, like a weight on your shoulders? 

Our smudge sets come with a piece of sage, peacock feather, a crystal, selenite, palo santo and an abalone shell to store your sage in whilst its burning. 

How to use: 

1. Open windows 
2. Take your sage stick in the shell with your crystal, selenite and palo santo and a lit candle to your front door 
3. Light the sage until there's a constant smoke 
4. Walk slowly around the edges of each room, in a clockwise direction, using the peacock feather to push the smoke up into all the corners of the room
5. Re-light the smudge stick as needed 

The benefits of using sage in smudging or burning include cleansing a space, clearing out negativity, improving your mood, and boosting your brain. Sage has been around forever. This potent silvery leaf belongs to the Salvia family. In fact, the Latin word for sage is salvere which means ‘to heal’.
